Initial Assessment
Prior to our service visit all system details were collected in a hands off fashion, this is to gauge the scope and scale of works required. A price was submitted and accept for a twice annual visit for the maintenance works. 

System Servicing

Having a mix of different refrigeration equipment varying from display cabinets to ice machines each unit can have a different requirement. What they all have in common is the change of air across the coils, either cold evaporator coils or hot condenser coils, where there is air flow there is gathered dirt / dust / debris. Clearing these coils is always top priority. After that we clear fan blades of collected dirt, carry out temperature checks and logs, Flush drainage trays / pipes where possible and collect F gas details for a comprehensive report on all refrigerant types and quantities on site.

F Gas requirements

With any commercial customer we create a detailed snap shot report of all systems, their location / connected condensing unit for split packs, the type of refrigerant used, the quantity and the c02 Tonnage equivalent.

Leak Checks

For systems exceeding the lower C02 tonnage limit we have to carry out a leak check by law once every 12 months as a minimum, the result of these leak checks is recorded on the F gas Data sheet, along with any recommended or urgent required action.
